Bitty Kenzan
Bitty Kenzan
Description
Kenzan (剣山) translates to ~sword mountain~
In the pursuit of Ikebana (活け花), the Japanese art of flower arranging, we use a Kenzan to fix stems to the bottom of our vessel.
Ikebana design reflects a deep reverence for the natural world and a minimalistic precision. Arrangements are a meditation on each floral element. By balancing their unique lines and form within a carefully considered negative space, every aspect is celebrated with intention. We highly recommend you delve into the expansive philosophy that bolsters this ancient practice.
These miniature Kenzan are about 2cm wide and 2cm tall. Over time and with repeated use, expect the led plate and brass needles to develop a slight tarnish.
